Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and standards for both QA and QC.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the QA and QC teams, providing training, setting performance objectives, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of QA activities to prevent defects and non-conformances, focusing on process improvement and documentation.
Quality Control Management: Direct all QC inspections, testing, and monitoring activities to ensure products or services meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions: Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of non-conformities, including the initiation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Audit Management: Plan and execute internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with standards (e.g., ISO, industry-specific regulations).
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with procurement to manage supplier qualification, performance, and incoming material quality control.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze quality data, prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10 years up PCBA quality control experience
- Ability of quality system set up
- Good knowledge about ESD and PCBA quality standard
- Knowledge about PCBA reliability testing
- English and Chinese speaking will be advantage
