The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
HR Consultant, HR Trainer (Workplace around BTS Chidlom, Bangkok)
Position: HR Consultant, HR Trainer
Location: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Business: HR Consulting firm
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM, Alternative Saturday 1-2 days per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as HR Consulting, HR trainer support, coaching support, Business Development, Issue Analysis, Solution Design, Project Management.
Coaching and Training support, training material support.
Client interviews to understand their situation and conditions, and in conducting issues analysis to identify root causes of the issues and improvement areas.
Help to design solutions for clients and lead in the development of workshop modules.
Communicate with clients involved parties, internal and external to implement the project.
Prepare necessary materials/tools and run workshops as a supporter and a module facilitator.
Support the team to design solution for clients.
Prepare, present, and close proposals for workshop projects.
Maintain relationships with the client’s window person and obtain leads for new projects.
Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 25,000 - 45,000 THB + bonus
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, HROD.
Over 3-4 years’ experience in HR Consulting firm, HR trainer.
Ability to communicate in English fluently in work.
Having TOEIC score 800+ to ensure English skill will be advantage.
Knowledge in HRM, HRD, Sales B2B, Business Development
Able to work under pressure and different culture.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
Able to travel to work in BTS Chidlom, BKK
