Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Support client onboarding and provide continuous assistance to enhance their experience.

Maintain accurate documentation and proactively resolve client inquiries.
Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or consulting is an advantage.
