Responsibilities:

- Production Efficiency: Continuously improve production processes and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce lead times, and minimize production costs.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and are manufactured according to specifications.
- Communication: Foster effective communication between production, procurement, and logistics teams to address any issues that may impact production schedules.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and production performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling (3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (if applicable).
