Location: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi (Japanese Manufacturer)
Working Day: Mon – Fri
Bonus: Around 4-4.5 months
Salary: Depending on experience 60K. 
 
Main Responsibilities: Supervision of the following operations
  • Personnel affairs: Personnel and transfer management, disciplinary actions, and planning of welfare programs
  • Regulations: Establishment and revision of internal rules and regulations and issuing internal notifications.
  • Labor relations: Labor-management negotiations and labor union relations
  • Management of dispatched employees: Securing dispatched employees and managing their attendance rate, etc.
  • Human resource development: Training planning, training lecturers
  • CSR activities: Planning and operation of social contribution activities

Required Experience
  • 10 years or more of experience in human resources operations
  • At least 3 years of experience as a human resources manager
  • Familiarity with labor-related laws 
  • Experience in dealing with labor unions is a plus.
