Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Oversee HR systems, including labor relations, recruitment, and OJT processes.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to support workplace improvement initiatives.
- Lead projects to enhance HR systemization and digitalization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support talent development and succession planning in line with the company’s strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience in HR, particularly in internal staff training and HR system development.
- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher, and business-level English.
