Location: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi (Japanese Manufacturer)
Working Day: Mon – Fri
Bonus: Around 4-4.5 months
Salary: Depending on experience 60K.
Main Responsibilities: Supervision of the following operations
- Personnel affairs: Personnel and transfer management, disciplinary actions, and planning of welfare programs
- Regulations: Establishment and revision of internal rules and regulations and issuing internal notifications.
- Labor relations: Labor-management negotiations and labor union relations
- Management of dispatched employees: Securing dispatched employees and managing their attendance rate, etc.
- Human resource development: Training planning, training lecturers
- CSR activities: Planning and operation of social contribution activities
Required Experience ：
- 10 years or more of experience in human resources operations
- At least 3 years of experience as a human resources manager
- Familiarity with labor-related laws
- Experience in dealing with labor unions is a plus.
