Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (GPA 2.5+)
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR-related regulations
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies and implement company regulations
Liaise with government agencies (Labor Department, work permits)
Recruitment and selection of qualified personnel
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits
Calculate salaries, wages, and personal income tax
Handle Social Security and Provident Fund contributions
Monitor time attendance and maintain employee database
Plan and supervise training programs and evaluations
Maintain workplace order and employee welfare
Oversee HR department operations and resources
