Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience

- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and implement company regulations
- Liaise with government agencies (Labor Department, work permits)
- Recruitment and selection of qualified personnel
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Calculate salaries, wages, and personal income tax
- Handle Social Security and Provident Fund contributions
- Monitor time attendance and maintain employee database
- Plan and supervise training programs and evaluations
- Maintain workplace order and employee welfare
- Oversee HR department operations and resources
