Required Skills and Core Competencies

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict handling capabilities.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as HRIS and HR management platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources, including labor legislation, HR policies, performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Demonstrates key soft skills such as ethical judgment, flexibility, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee welfare programs.

  • Ensure all HR practices are fully compliant with Thai Labor Law and applicable regulations.

  • Provide support to HR initiatives that contribute to overall business objectives and organizational effectiveness.

Personal Attributes

  • Exhibits high integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Capable of aligning HR strategies and initiatives to support company goals and long-term growth.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (HR certification is an advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR-related roles with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is highly desirable.
