Required Skills and Core Competencies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict handling capabilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as HRIS and HR management platforms.
Solid knowledge of Human Resources, including labor legislation, HR policies, performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrates key soft skills such as ethical judgment, flexibility, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee welfare programs.
Ensure all HR practices are fully compliant with Thai Labor Law and applicable regulations.
Provide support to HR initiatives that contribute to overall business objectives and organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (HR certification is an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR-related roles with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is highly desirable.
