Required Skills and Core Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict handling capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as HRIS and HR management platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources, including labor legislation, HR policies, performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrates key soft skills such as ethical judgment, flexibility, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure all HR practices are fully compliant with Thai Labor Law and applicable regulations.
- Provide support to HR initiatives that contribute to overall business objectives and organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Qualifications
- Open to all genders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (HR certification is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR-related roles with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is highly desirable.
