- 8 – 10 years of professional experience in export/import operations, sourcing, sales, budgeting, and general management in food industry.
- Demonstrated success in market development, sales performance management, and driving product innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
