Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain - Management, or a related field.
8 – 10 years of professional experience in export/import operations, sourcing, sales, budgeting, and general management in food industry.
Demonstrated success in market development, sales performance management, and driving product innovation.
In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
