Factory Manager (Frozen Food)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the factory operation, including production management, purchasing, production and engineering team.

• Review and ensure timely renewal of contracts, including vehicle rental, subcontractors, and other company-related documents, etc.

• Monitor the working environment while facilitating both internal and external audits. 

• Supervise subordinates and oversee workforce development.  

• Bridging the communication between Japanese staff and Thai staff in daily operation (English communication).

• Other tasks as assigned by the COO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field (Food Science or similar will be an advantage)
• 10 years+ of hands-on experience in the food business (Frozen food will be an advantage).
• Experience in working with Japanese companies (Hou-Ren-Sou, etc.).
• Own a car and a valid driving license are a must.
• Able to travel and work at both sites in Bangkok office (Bangna), and Samutsakhon factory.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in multicultural environment.
• Ability to solve unexpected situations and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English is a must (minimum at Upper-Intermediate Level).
• Proficient in Japanese will be an advantage (basic communication is okay).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
