Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Thailand business operations as the authorized local representative.
- Develop comprehensive annual budgets and business plans, and relentlessly drive execution toward strategic growth goals.
- Lead external communications, complex negotiations, and execution for new store openings and other expansion projects.
- Coordinate closely with the Japan headquarters on a daily basis and provide detailed reports on business performance and progress.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across the organization.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance across all core departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture within the small-scale organizational structure. (The successful candidate will handle all tasks necessary to expand the business).
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any related field.
Extensive experience managing B to C businesses (e.g., hospitality, retail, food and beverage) is mandatory.
Passionate in business building and operations and eager to thrive in a top management role.
Japanese proficiency at business level is required (JLPT: N2 or above)
