Position: Automation Engineering
Location: Amata Nakorn ,Chonburi (Training Pathum Thani branch 4 Month)
Responsibilities:
Design, install, and troubleshoot automation systems, robots, and peripheral equipment for plastic injection molding machines.
Program and modify PLCs, robotic arms, conveyors, and sensors to support production needs.
Optimize automation systems to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
Analyze production processes and propose automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce labor costs.
Collaborate with the molding team to integrate automation into existing production lines.
Ensure automation systems comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering, Material Engineering, Polymer Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-8 years of experience in QA/QC in plastic injection molding or automotive/electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and quality management systems.
Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
Able to use and skill for common measurement equipment.
Proficient with CMM programmer and manual operate.
Good knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, Control Plan, DOE.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to communicate in English (and/or Chinese) is an advantage.
