Position: PLC Engineer
Salary: 22,000 – 40,000 THB/Month
Location: Asia Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan
Responsibilities:
The end-to-end process of precision component manufacturing using CNC equipment.
Interpreting Technical Drawings: Receive and analyze mechanical drawings and specifications to understand design requirements and tolerances.
CNC Programming: Create and optimize CNC programs based on the drawings using appropriate software and machining strategies.
Machine Setup and Operation: Set up CNC lathes and machining centers, select appropriate tools and fixtures, and perform machining operations.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve machining processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Graduated In Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Experience in CNC operating and PLC Programming
Experience in Automotive prototype parts, Semiconductor machine parts
Able to use Microsoft office
