Position Summary
This role drives spare parts operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring strong technical support, operational excellence, and commercial growth. The position oversees parts planning, inventory optimization, distributor management, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Service, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical knowledge on spare parts to clients, and internal teams to support troubleshooting, product understanding, and parts selection.
Lead spare parts operations across SEA, including forecasting, demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Ensure optimal stock availability while improving cost efficiency and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and distributor teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall supply performance.
Oversee regional process governance and drive the implementation of best practices across SEA markets.
Support Sales teams by developing parts strategies, pricing models, promotional campaigns, and initiatives to drive commercial growth.
Monitor spare parts sales performance, margins, and key inventory KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen results.
Develop and execute sales performance strategies to increase parts penetration, improve customer coverage, and expand market share across SEA.
Act as the main regional coordination point between country teams, HQ, Sales, Service, and Logistics to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field is strongly preferred).
10 years of experience in After‑sales, or Spare Parts Management with experience in machine‑related businesses or technical/engineering products.
Strong understanding of spare parts operations, supply chain processes, inventory control, and forecasting.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and business growth.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel within SEA.
