The role is responsible for driving business growth across Southeast Asia and India. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing key distribution and agency partnerships, leading technical application initiatives, and overseeing regional sales teams
Responsibilities & Highlights
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the market presence of Velcorin and Nagardo in SEA & India.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agencies, and key customers to achieve sales targets.
Plan and conduct technical trials (laboratory and industrial), including safe handling training, in collaboration with the global technical team.
Lead and coach sales teams in India and Thailand, fostering performance and development.
Monitor and forecast sales performance, reconcile variances, and manage the regional sales budget.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, including product usage, applications, pricing, and volume potential.
Strategic identification and onboarding of new customers in SEA.
Execution of technical application trials and training programs.
Accountability for channel management and partner development.
Leadership of regional sales personnel with a focus on performance and growth.
Frequent travel and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related fields.
At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage
& food industryStrong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking.
In-depth technical and industry knowledge in food and beverage applications.
Regional experience is essential
- Fluent in Thai and English.
