Job description
- Mainly expanding the new business priority in Malaysia and also in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia due to establishing the new project with long-term relationships, especially targeting construction or manufacturing businesses.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Cooperation with the engineering and product development teams to improve and troubleshoot the products (solar cells)
- Plan the costs and budget for the sales department while the project is being operated.
- Manage a report and data gathering for the update to hit productivity and sales goals, control costs, and determine the budget per unit.
- Work closely with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Have a strong knowledge of sales experience over 6–8 years and be familiar with solar cells or related systems if possible.
- Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2+) and moderate in English.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and management abilities.
