Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Rama 3, Bangkok
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:30 - 17:45 (flexible start working time ~7:30 - 9:30) with 2 days/week WFH
Industry: Security Services and Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team in promoting security equipment, services, solutions.
Prepare quotation, technical proposals, and presentations for clients.
Draft and review the technical drawing.
Assist clients on technical support while collaborating between clients and internal teams.
Responsible for large-scale projects such as commercial facilities, building security system installation, etc. (approximately 10 projects annually).
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experienced in Sales Engineer, Pre-sales, Technical Support or similar roles.
- Experienced in M&E: fire alarm system, security system, CCTV, sensor will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of drafting and reading technical drawing is a must.
- Strong in communication, persuasion, and client management will be an advantage.
