Production Supervisor (Chinese speaking)

Position: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for production, quality, technology, equipment, and safety in the factory. Strive to improve management levels, enhance production efficiency, and achieve assigned goals and tasks in both quality and quantity as directed by superiors.
• Manage and control factory production according to the production plan assigned by the production department. Coordinate between production stages and monitor progress to ensure balanced and timely production.
• Strictly comply with safety regulations and production management standards. Guide and train employees to follow labor laws, technical regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• According to company equipment management policies, oversee maintenance and inspection of equipment seriously and ensure scheduled maintenance and inspections are carried out.
• Continuously support quality awareness and technical training for employees to enhance their capabilities.
• Promote quality management by analyzing and resolving quality issues promptly, especially major problems related to equipment, technology, or product quality.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, work performance, and compliance with technical regulations.
• Plan and organize production areas logically and systematically to ensure orderliness, clear walkways, and safe working conditions.
• Prepare for work shifts, inspect, and supervise shift workers in maintaining factory cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Lead the team effectively to achieve goals, manage progress, quality, cost, and manpower in the production area appropriately.
• Manage the factory and control production processes. Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues in the production area.

Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational Certificate (High Vocational) or higher. At least 3 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong management and coordination skills, with solid experience and skills in production management. High responsibility in work.
• Familiar with production processes and related equipment, with problem-solving abilities in production.
• Effective communication skills, capable of leading and motivating team members to achieve team goals.
• Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken Chinese.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday. Off on Sunday. (Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30)
