Job Description:
- Handle Personal Assistant tasks to CEO.
- Coordinating and booking travelling arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, local transportation, and visa applications.
- Manage daily workflows and business correspondence.
- Partnership with HR for any employee relation and activities.
- Partnership with Sales for any purchasing and expense update.
- Develop and implement internal and external communications concepts.
- Organize new business development and partnership opportunities.
- Provide office administrative support for daily operation.
- Other job assignments for both local and overseas etc.
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Business Administrative and related fields.
- Min 5-10 years in Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to Top Management Level (COO, CEO, MD)
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in airlines or travel industries will be a plus. Knowledge of airlines or travel agent reservations and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Excellent organization skills are a must.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skill, with independent thinking and proactive mindset
- Effective time-management, self-motivated and a good team player
- Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
