Position: Customer Service Officer
Working Days: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bang Rak, Bangkok

Business: Import and export of chemical products (materials) for Electronics, Automotive, and Personal Care segments in ASEAN
Clients: Distributors in Thailand, manufacturing companies (Automotive, Electronics, and Cosmetic manufacturers)
Job Description:
- Act as a communication link between customers, sales, and factory to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from domestic clients.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers (Japan, China) for delivery processes and troubleshooting.
- Manage stock, inbound/outbound shipments, and delivery status using Excel and company systems.
- Receive and process customer orders from clients, then key PO details and other sales information into the company system.
- Perform other customer service and sales support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates; ideally at least 1 year as Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or Overseas Purchasing.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Medical Devices, or FDA-related work is an advantage.
- Open-minded, proactive, and ready to take on assigned tasks.
- Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Highly proactive and responsible, with a dedicated spirit and willingness to consult or report frequently when facing challenges.
