Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPAP preparation within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 requirements
Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans
Job Description
Develop, compile, and submit complete PPAP documentation for new model components.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to validate part readiness.
Implement and maintain IATF 16949 processes across new product development.
Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and control plan reviews.
Support audits and customer reviews related to PPAP and quality systems.
Work closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to ensure smooth product launch.
Provide technical guidance on quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of PPAP submissions, approvals, and deviations.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and customers.
