Our client is a world leader in die-casting and CNC machining manufacturing for automotive parts, located in Amata City, Chonburi.
Position: Engineer staff (CNC Machining Process)
Basic Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 THB / Month
Benefits: Others Allowance and bonus 4 months
Location: Amata, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)
Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Propose, develop, and report improvement ideas to supervisors to enhance production efficiency.
Documentation & Control: Establish machine production conditions and maintain Work Instructions (WI) to ensure standardized operations.
Trial & Sampling: Coordinate and execute machine trials for customer samples to meet quality standards.
Technical Support: Apply machine technical theory and engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
Experimentation: Monitor, check, and follow up on production experiments and pilot runs.
Programming: Manage and operate CNC cutting programs to support manufacturing requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering or a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CAD 2D & 3D program.
Knowledge of CNC cutting programs is essential.
Other Qualities: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
