Job Description
- Develop, compile, and submit complete PPAP documentation for new model components.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to validate part readiness.
- Implement and maintain IATF 16949 processes across new product development.
- Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and control plan reviews.
- Support audits and customer reviews related to PPAP and quality systems.
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to ensure smooth product launch.
- Provide technical guidance on quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of PPAP submissions, approvals, and deviations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and customers.
