Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related role.
Proficient in English for effective communication and negotiation.
Have management experience
CD and VE Achievements: Proven track record in cost reduction (CD) and value engineering (VE) within the electrical appliance industry.
Experience and Knowledge: Possess experience and knowledge in materials, parts, and design.
Job description
Design and Cost Reduction: Responsible for designing and cost reduction of materials (steel plate, non-ferrous metal, resin, refrigeration parts) for air conditioners and promoting VE (Value Engineering).
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and control policies (in collaboration with the factory department and appropriately participate in supplier audits).
MP Implementation: Implement MP through design, testing, and auditing. Provide technical support for product quality management.
Material Specification Review: Review target material specifications, test plans, manage testing, collect results, and conduct reviews (identify issues from change points and promote rapid implementation through issue resolution).
Production Quality Assurance: Ensure the suitability of production quality (supplier) (provide guidance to ensure process management complies with specified technical standards).
Documentation: Prepare related 2D drawings, structure lists, spec sheets, and instruction manuals. Register standard documents.
