Job Description
Provide sales support to existing clients (focus on Daikin, nearly 100% of workload)
Handle routine communication with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product inquiries
Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth client support
Assist senior sales staff and managers in maintaining strong client relationships
Report daily activities and client updates to the team leader/manager
Qualifications
B2B Sales experience over 1 year with Japanese language skill (N3 level or higher)
OR
Strong Japanese language skill (N2 or above and studied in Japan for over 1 year) with sales personality
Driving license and own car
Experience working at a Japanese trading company preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree
English: Intermediate level (for overseas client contact)
