Job Description
- Provide sales support to existing clients (focus on Daikin, nearly 100% of workload)
- Handle routine communication with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product inquiries
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth client support
- Assist senior sales staff and managers in maintaining strong client relationships
- Report daily activities and client updates to the team leader/manager
Qualifications
- B2B Sales experience over 1 year with Japanese language skill (N3 level or higher)
OR - Strong Japanese language skill (N2 or above and studied in Japan for over 1 year) with sales personality
- Driving license and own car
- Experience working at a Japanese trading company preferred
- Age: Younger candidates preferred (less than 26 years old)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- English: Intermediate level (for overseas client contact)
