Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Sales Promotion Support
- Procure and distribute promotional items and engine oil.
- Source premium products for campaigns.
- Objective: Facilitate marketing activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain records of promotional items for Mass Sales and Marketing.
- Objective: Ensure accurate inventory and distribution.
- Online Sales
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery.
- Liaise with accounting for payment processing.
- Objective: Ensure accurate delivery and payment collection.
- Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate with event teams.
- Prepare pre- and post-event reports.
- Objective: Ensure successful event execution and benefit realization.
- PDPA Compliance
- Handle personal data per company policies.
- Objective: Ensure lawful data usage and protection.
- Company Activities
- Participate in assigned company events.
- Objective: Foster employee engagement.
- Other Duties
- Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Sales, Sales Admin, Purchasing, Warehouse & Delivery
- External: Customers, Suppliers, Event Organizers, Logistics Companies
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, etc.
- Experience: At least 2 years in marketing, sales promotion, events, or PR.
- Skills: Basic English, Microsoft Office, driving license, ability to travel.
