Job Title: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:40 hrs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in plastic containers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and industrial marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
