Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job summary:
To lead initiatives in expanding sales distribution channels and developing customer bases for new products and market segments within the polymer industry in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and strengthen market presence for innovative polymer products.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for product launches.
- Collaborate with the Application Development team to align product innovation with market needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Analyze literature and patents to support product positioning.
- Gather and synthesize market intelligence from industry publications, online platforms, and professional events.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues related to products and applications.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Support senior leadership in customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing within the polymer industry.
