Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Community Lead will lead community-focused marketing initiatives, building and growing a robust community around the company's digital assets.
  • Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Engagement: Actively engage the community through various channels, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content tailored to community interests, including blog posts, videos, and newsletters.
  • Advocacy Programs: Manage programs empowering community members as brand advocates, collaborating with influencers.
  • Events and Campaigns: Plan and execute events to engage the community and promote digital assets.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, and partners.
  • Analytics and Insights: Use data analytics to measure and improve the performance of community initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor community sentiment and address concerns promptly and transparently.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing community team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or community management are a plus.
  • Proven experience in community-focused marketing, preferably in digital assets, cryptocurrency or blockchain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse community members effectively.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, community management tools and analytics.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning skills for innovative campaigns.
  • Strong project management ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution with empathy.
