Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing Japanese B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to the company's revenue goals.
- Act as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution and delivery schedules.
- Regularly coordinate and report on sales progress and market feedback to the Japan headquarters using Japanese language skills.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or trading company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Language Skills: Business Japanese (preferably JLPT N2 or above), with English Intermediate level
