Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership:
   • Drive P&L strategies for financial objectives and profitability.
   • Optimize the P&L statement with corrective measures.
2. Market Expansion:
   • Execute market penetration strategies to amplify market share.
   • Leverage insights from diverse overseas clients for client-centric strategies.
3. Client Relationships:
   • Cultivate robust relationships with key clients (Thailand, Hongkong, Singapore and Philippine)
   • Potentially seek for sales opportunities.
4. Operations Synergy:
   • Complete project delivery.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure alignment with local regulations and preemptively navigate risks.
6. Strategic Vision:
   • Collaborate on overarching business strategy with Japanese management.
   • Identify trends and opportunities in the dynamic IT industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven track record in IT executive roles, including Country Management.
• Familiar with cloud or relate software solutions.
• Proficiency in Japanese, English and Thai.
• Strong project management acumen and leadership skills.  
• Be able to set up business and work independent in Thailand.
