Overview:
Our partner company is looking for “IT Strategy & Digital Transformation (Senior IT)”. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s IT direction and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on IT strategy planning, project execution, application implementation, and governance.
Location: Samut Prakan (Near Bangkok, BTS Accessible)
Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update the company’s IT strategy to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Lead annual IT budgeting, including planning, execution monitoring, and cost optimization.
Oversee the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of IT applications and infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal business teams to manage IT projects and ensure effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
Drive organization-wide digital transformation (DX) initiatives, define KPIs, and support teams in achieving transformation targets.
Manage strategic IT vendors, including evaluation, performance monitoring, contract management, and service quality reviews.
Ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and cybersecurity regulations, work with security teams on audits and remediation plans.
Provide leadership during critical IT incidents, including system outages, cybersecurity events, or infrastructure disruptions; lead root‑cause and prevention activities.
Support team development through guidance, coaching, and performance review activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or IT strategy, plus 3 years in people or team management such as performance evaluation and staff development.
Proven success in leading large-scale application implementation projects, particularly in CRM or ERP environments.
Demonstrated capability in IT strategy planning, roadmap creation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong project management capabilities, with experience balancing scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
