Job Description:
Interpretation Support:
Provide real-time interpretation during internal meetings, safety audits, training sessions, and inspections involving Japanese and Thai-speaking staff.
Document Translation:
Translate safety manuals, quality control procedures, incident reports, audit findings, and internal communications between Japanese and Thai.
Terminology Management:
Ensure consistent use of technical terms related to logistics, safety protocols, and quality standards across all translated materials.
Compliance Support:
Assist the Safety & Quality team in preparing documentation required for ISO certifications, government inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an interpreter in Safety and QA, QC team.
• Good communication skills
• JLPT N2 or higher.
