Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and carry out sales plans to meet sales targets
• Handle lubricant product sales within assigned areas across Thailand
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
• Prepare quotations, product introduction materials, VA (Value Analysis) proposals, and technical proposals
• Prepare sales forecasts, coordinate orders, manage production adjustments, and handle contract processes
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor slow‑moving inventory
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or any industrial‑related field
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1
• If not from a Science or Engineering background, at least 6 years of experience in industrial product sales (e.g., chemicals, oil, solvents, or VA/VE work in industrial plants)
• Basic knowledge of lubricants
• Understanding of industrial oils and mechanical structures
• Experience working with Japanese customers and senior management, with strong relationship‑building skills
• Ability to prepare and follow up on after‑service reports
• Ability to coordinate with global affiliates
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Marketing knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical structures in the automotive and HVAC industries
