Job Description:
- Manage and develop relationships with local automotive customers
- Negotiate and manage business development and sales-related activities
- Support and cover assigned sales areas
- Coordinate with Japanese key decision-makers
- Monitor customer demand, forecasts, pricing, and contracts
- Manage customer issues related to quality, delivery, and cost changes
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business or any other related field.
- Understanding automotive supply chains (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) and automotive parts manufacturing processes
- Experienced in dealing with development cycles (SOP, EOL, model changes)
- Strong communication and Coordination skills
- Strong communication in English and Thai
- Able to communicate in Japanese in a business environment (N2 as reference)
- Having negotiation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Having owned a vehicle.
- Able to visit customers in the upcountry (Bangkok and vicinity areas)
