Our client is a leading distribution company specializing in IT products including both hardware and software. They are looking for an IT Support Manager level who has strong knowledge of both technical skills and interpersonal skills.
Location: MRT Rama 9, Din Daeng, Bangkok.
Working Hour: Mon to Fri - at the office
Job Description:
- Oversee online security for users and networks, taking prompt action as needed.
- Prioritize incoming IT issues at the Help Desk and escalate when necessary.
- Distribute problems/tasks to specialists in technical support.
- Regularly inspect and review logs to anticipate potential issues and formulate preemptive solutions
- Evaluate situations and determine the necessary resources for resolution.
- Make timely decisions, often with limited information.
- Ensure all users have access to effective technology and efficient Internet services; continually assess needs and requirements.
- Coordinate support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT equipment and networks
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software operating system.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Skilled in office PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
