Our client, a well-established Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance their human resources operations in Bangkok. This is a strategic role ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of HR practices in international environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and internal policies.
Support cross-cultural collaboration and communication within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
Proven track record with 5+ years in HR management roles.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
Experience working in a Japanese trading or multinational company is highly preferred.
Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
