OVERVIEW
The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR GA Assistant Manager (Workplace at MRT Rama 9, Bangkok)

 

Position:           HR GA Assistant Manager

Location:          MRT Rama 9, Bangkok

Business:          Manufacturing

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 18.00 PM

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Handle overall loops in HRM, HRD, HROD, General admin, Corporate Planning.
  • HRD, training & development align with global policy, assess training needs. Design, implement, training programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Track training outcomes, collect feedback, and evaluate effectiveness using performance indicators.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Manamgent System platform to ensure user engagement.
  • Performance & Compensation Support
  • Assist in the implementation and operation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Execute and optimize recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.
  • Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Support orientation programs for smooth integration of new hires.
  • Compensation and benefits, assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HRM Compliance, ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies for legal updates, filings, and audits.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with data protection and inspection standards.
  • HR Systems & Administration, maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports.
  • General administration, procurement & facility management
  • Provide administrative support for company events, CSR activities, and internal projects.
  • Assist with facility improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and government agencies.
  • Support visa, work permit, and immigration processes for Thai and expatriate staff.
  • Corporate planning support, schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Support other corporate planning activities as needed.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • This position, salary around 50,000 - 60,000 THB
  • Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD or any related fields. 
  • Over 10 years’ experience in HRBP, HROD, relevant experience in HRD, or GA experience will be advantage.

  • Skill for generate data with Excel and doing Presentation with Canva, PowerPoint, strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and different culture both conservative culture mixed with liberal culture.

  • Able to communication, reading and writing in English for working with global department. 

  • Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Canva

  • Able to travel to work at MRT Rama 9, Bangkok
