Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and probation monitoring.
Maintain accurate employee records, digital files, HRIS updates, and oversee all contract issuance and renewals.
Handle attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime data to support payroll processing.
Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, data consolidation, and communication with managers.
Execute disciplinary procedures with fairness, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure all HR activities comply with Thai Labour Law, including probation, termination, benefits, and statutory reporting.
Serve as the main contact point for employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Conduct investigations, support conflict resolution, and provide labour law guidance.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare committee activities, and maintain effective communication channels.
Manage HR administrative documentation, drive system/filing improvements, and ensure efficient workflow execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 7 years of solid HR operations experience within a manufacturing environment or similar fast‑paced setting.
Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law, including disciplinary procedures, termination processes, welfare committee requirements, and statutory compliance.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising or managing an HR team, with the ability to coach, develop, and lead effectively.
Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Ability to manage HR documentation, audits, and administrative processes with high accuracy.
Good command of HR systems, employee data management, and basic payroll oversight.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
