Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes. (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
- Handle HR administration such as employee records, contracts, and filing.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training and employee development activities.
- Support employee relations, company policies, and internal communications.
- Liaise with government offices regarding labor and HR‑related matters (if required).
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR generalist / HR staff role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well‑organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
