Quality Responsibilities
- Supervise and control marketing activities to meet company objectives
- Manage and oversee staff within the department
- Attend production planning meetings with management as scheduled
- Train subordinates to ensure proficiency in their tasks
- Assign and delegate work to subordinates to achieve set goals
- Take responsibility for all marketing-related tasks
- Develop and improve documentation and work processes for efficiency
- Provide advice, report, and coordinate with other departments related to marketing and purchasing
- Strictly comply with company rules and regulations
- Follow IATF16949 quality system requirements
- Comply with company policies and instructions from supervisors
- Source and manage suppliers for purchased products used in the production process
Environmental Responsibilities
- Prepare environmental management plans for the department
- Monitor and control environmental management activities according to the department’s responsibility
- Report environmental management performance and improvements in management review meetings
- Explain environmental policies to subordinates
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors
- Comply with ISO 14001 regulations and requirements
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 40–45 years old
- Able to handle overall marketing operations
- Good English for business communication
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (experience in Japanese automotive manufacturing is an advantage)
