Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage team members based in Thailand and oversea.
Oversee budgeting, performance tracking, and regional operations, including strategic planning, execution, and evaluation.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with both domestic and international partners (e.g., medical institutions and local agents).
Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
Input and update data in the company’s core system (Japanese language proficiency required).
Travel within the APAC region and across Thailand for partner engagement, site visits, and operational reviews.
Coordinate and collaborate with various departments across group companies.
Drive planning and execution of both new and ongoing business initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields.
Proficiencies in English and Japanese at business level (No JLPT required)
Proven experience in Sales roles is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Background in the medical or insurance industry is preferred.
Exposure to marketing functions.
Experience working across the APAC region is an advantage.
