Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system, ensuring stable performance and user satisfaction.
 - Conduct minor customizations and program modifications based on user requests.
 - Investigate the root causes of system issues and implement appropriate solutions.
 - Provide operational support for SCM-related processes, including sales management, purchasing management, and inventory management.
 - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
 
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system maintenance and operations.
 - Expertise in SCM domains, including sales, purchasing, and inventory management processes.
 - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
 - Conversational-level proficiency in English.
 - Ability to work fully on-site; remote work is not permitted.
 - Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
 - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud platforms is a plus.
