Position: Legal and Compliance
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Automotive manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
Job Description
- Responsible for Legal and Compliance.
- Support in reviewing contract. advice on wide range of legal issues and implement effective compliance.
- Legal research, legal consult.
- Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
- Compliance risk assessment.
- Handling compliance control and monitoring tools and other compliance and control improvement scheme.
- Provide advisory on regulatory compliance issues.
- Reports of shareholder meeting resolutions and the publication of the meeting invitation letter
- Supervise the company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.
- Other task as assign in related with compliance tasks.
Qualification
- This position, salary range around 25,000 – 35,000 THB
- Experience to work in manufacturing will be advantage.
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
- Full spectrum in English work.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
- Able to travel to work around Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
- Company provides Bus transportation with variety of routes.
