Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the IVF sector.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with medical centers, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
Formulate sales strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate closely with clinical and marketing teams to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partners.
Promote the IVF concept and business model to doctors and institutions.
Manage client relationships and identify areas for potential growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or IVF industry.
Strong understanding of the IVF market and related medical practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good in English skills (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with budget management and vendor contracts.
