Description
Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation, maintenance and support
Lead and supervise the development team, setting performance goals to improve technical competencies and development standards
Collaborate closely with team leader in monitoring project status and escalating issues when necessary
Oversee and ensure project status, including risks and issues and managing the development team's workload
Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
5+ years of work experiences in embedded software development including system design, system implementation and advanced c programming
Proven in software team management
Strong team management, project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good English speaking
Japanese proficiency is preferred. (N3 or higher)
